CALIFORNIA HEALTHY KIDS SURVEY

Center Unified School District students in grades 5, 7, 9 and 11 will be participating in the 2012 California Healthy Kids Survey.  The window for survey administration is March 19th through March 28th.  This is a very important survey that will help us support your children with programs that emphasize positive youth development.  The survey is anonymous, voluntary and sponsored by the California Department of Education.  A copy of the survey your child will be taking is on file in the office of your child’s school.  Parents/guardians are welcome to stop by the office during regular business hours to review the survey.
