Congratulations to Mrs. Marci Phillips who was named the District Teacher of the Year this morning. Mrs. Phillips was surprised with an ambush of balloons and a plaque as she came out to start her day with her 5th and 6th grade students at Oak Hill Elementary. What a way to start a school day!
